Jorge, a valued member of our team since 2012, recently returned to us after a successful career journey in NYC. With experience working at renowned establishments like Tom Colicchio's, Jorge brings a wealth of hospitality knowledge to our family-owned restaurant. Having worked in various roles and with a culinary education, his passion for cooking extends beyond the workplace to his own family. When he's not in the kitchen, you can find Jorge riding his vintage bike and cherishing quality time with his loved ones. We are thrilled to have him back as a partner where his hospitality journey began.
