Insalata di la Casa

Mix field greens, tomato, onions and shredded carrots, tossed w/ balsamic dressing.

Insalata Tricolore
Arugula, radicchio, endive and parmesan cheese tossed with balsamic and olive oil dressing.

Insalata Cesare
Served with romaine lettuce, croutons, anchiovies and parmesan cheese, tossed w/ our homemade caesar dressing.

Insalata Fantasia
Arugula, strawberry, pear, apple, fried noodles, dried cranberries and shredded ricotta cheese on top, tossed w/ raspberry dressing.
Insalata Tritata
Mix field greens chopped with mushrooms, tomatoes, roasted peppers, onions and olives, tossed with balsamic vinegar dressing.

Insalata di Anana e Prosciutto

Grilled pineapple wrapped w/prosciutto served with mix field greens, walnuts, apple and raisins, tossed with orange dressing.

Baby spinach, fried onions, fried noodles, dried cranberries, and gorgonzola cheese tossed with raspberry vinegar dressing.
